Matt Neale

CEO, Golin

Matt Neale is the CEO of Golin. He is responsible for Golin’s overall strategy, performance and culture. He has helped steer the agency to its current record performance, including winning PRovoke Media’s North America Large Agency of the Year for the past two years and PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year for a historic three years in a row. Matt also oversees the management of Golin’s sister brands, The Brooklyn Brothers, Virgo Health and DeVries Global. 

Matt is an international specialist, having spent the first 20 years of his career launching brands, products and services around the world. 

He was the past chairman of the UK’s trade body, the PRCA, and currently sits on the board of the LeGrant Foundation and City College of New York’s BIC program. 

Formerly a Londoner, Matt has now lived in New York for eight years, where his two young daughters have developed convincing American accents. Outside of work, Matt is happiest reading John Le Carré, building Lego sets with his children or listening to bands backstage at Glastonbury (without his children).
