Chief People Officer, IPG DXTRA
As Chief People Officer of IPG DXTRA Jean oversees the human resource function globally and drives IPG DXTRA’s commitment to attracting, empowering and retaining the best and most diverse talent in the industry. She leads the design and execution of workforce and people strategies in collaboration with the collective’s 27 agencies across public relations, experiential, sports and entertainment, branding, digital experience, social content and influencer marketing.
Throughout her career, Jean has worked across a multitude of industries to ensure that HR strategies reflect and enable key business initiatives. She has led business transformations, championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and built and enhanced talent programs in her most recent role as CHRO for Weber Shandwick North America, as well as in her previous HR leadership and consulting positions with Avon, Disney, and Aon Hewitt.
Jean holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from UCLA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
